
Finding our way home
Often the ways we have learnt to survive in the world, though once protective, no longer provide us with the freedom of expression we deeply want for ourselves. Psychotherapy is a guided journey of coming home to who we are at our most deepest and reclaiming this freedom. Through cultivating self awareness and being witnessed in a non judgmental space, we may develop the courage to hold ourselves with profound compassion and grow psychological resilience in order to open to life in new ways.
The journey is ultimately a deep internal enquiry into how it is to be you. The relational field and what’s experienced between therapist and client in present time can also illuminate our enquiry work and provide new ways to experience joy and nourishing connection in our lived relationships.

Psychosynthesis
Psychosynthesis works with a person’s history, as well as the conscious and unconscious parts within us that still impact our experience of the present. As a transpersonal modality we learn by cultivating presence to tune ourselves to those deeper, eternal and wiser parts of our being that are always guiding us towards wholeness, joy, and authentic relating
